Jacques Bermon Webster II (born on April 30, 1991) is better known under his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott) is an American musician, rapper, songwriter, and record producer. The stage name is the combined name of his favorite uncle with the first name and first name (of Kid Cudi), of his inspiration, Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major-label agreement with Epic Records in 2012, along with an agreement for publishing with Kanye West's GOOD Music. Scott signed a joint-recording contract with Epic and T.I. The record was released under the Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first full-length album, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released as a self-release. The project was followed by another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo, in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his first album of studio work. It featured the hit song "Antidote". The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was a top one on the Billboard 200. Scott came out with an album with a name of Huncho Jack Huncho and was released under the name Huncho Jack. His third studio album Astroworld was also released to acclaim from critics. The album produced the debut Billboard Hot 100 number 1 single, "Sicko Mode" featuring Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in the second quarter of 2019. The album was a top contender for the Billboard 200. After the single "Franchise" and Scott (featuring Young Thug) and M.I.A. were released, it was a top hit on the 200-page chart on Billboard. Scott was the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs debut at the number one spot in less than a decade in 2020.
